Innovation Quest 2011
10 members of Junior MIAGE Concept participated in the Innovation Quest 2011 held in Barcelona from September 29 to Octobre 4, 2011. This event is an initiative from the association e-joventut of the ESADE Business School of Barcelona. It gave the opportunity to students and world-class companies to work together on critical issues through a rewarding, social and professional experience. The goal was to develop an innovative business strategy to meet concret problems of large companies (Seat, Novartis, Banc Sabadell and Gallina Blanca Star).
The event has been divided into 3 stages:
Theory : A panel of professionals and teachers held trainings and debates about the influence of young entrepreneurs on the construction of the 21st century. In small groups, participants discussed recent examples of innovation with their teammates.
Team building : In order to improve teamwork in the different quests, participants took part in a series of games designed by the members of e-joventut in collaboration with the Department of Social Sciences at ESADE Business School. Teams, that were composed by four students from different countries, faced the other teams. This team building was set up to help participants know each other better and be more effective together.
The Quests : Every innovation quest was conducted by six teams in competition with each other. After a presentation of the company, the market and the problem, the teams had a day to develop an innovative solution to these problems. By late afternoon a presentation of the work done was held in front of a jury composed by representatives of the company.
Finally, three of the four winning teams had a member of Junior MIAGE Concept. Thus, rewarding the reliability and the expertise of our association.

Three candidates of Junior MIAGE Concept took the first written test, after the results two of them were able to take the second test, an interview. Both succeeded brilliantly.
